We achieve this through proactive tax strategy, retirement planning, and financial education. RSJ Consulting Group was founded by Nicole Johns, a tax strategist, financial advisor, and entrepreneur with over a decade of experience in the financial services industry.
Nicole’s journey began in 2009 when a mistake by a national tax service cost her $1,000. Instead of letting that setback define her, she turned it into motivation. She began learning the ins and outs of tax law, determined to prevent others from facing similar losses.
By 2020, Nicole launched RSJ Consulting Group in the middle of global uncertainty, determined to create a firm that put strategy and education first. Today, RSJ serves clients across the country with the same guiding principle: design wealth intentionally, not by default.
